Journalist, teacher, and Consultant on ICT (Information and Communications Technologies).

As a journalist I am the Editor of Novática since 1996. Novática, founded in 1975 (being accordingly the oldest of the existing ICT publications in Spain), is the bimonthly magazine and journal of ATI (Asociación de Técnicos de Informática), the leading association of ICT professionals in Spain, created in 1967, with above 5,000 members.

I am co-Editor of Upgrade, The European Digital Journal for the IT Professional, (http://www.upgrade-cepis.org), published by Novática and promoted by CEPIS (Council of European Professional Informatics Societies), an organization ATI, publisher of Novática, is a founding member of.

I am an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law / ICADE of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, at its Instituto de Informática Jurídica (Computer Law Institute), in Madrid.

As a free lance ICT Consultant I am currently involved in Internet projects in several areas.
