Yanick has been working on Compaq/Digital networking software products since 1985.

She has been involved with IPv6 since 1996. Yanick is a member of the IPv6 Forum Technical Directorate.

She participates in the IETF where her main focus is in IPv6 and transport areas.

Yanick earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nice, France and a M.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
